I Could Move Right In: Saltbox by the Beach

I recently stumbled upon this amazing coastal home located in New England. It’s a renovated saltbox by the extremely talented Lisa Tharp Design.  You know I’m a sucker for a beautiful beach house and couldn’t wait to share this one with you. It’s an amazing combination of coastal-meets-vintage farmhouse where texture and light reign supreme:Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 9.59.21 AM

The exterior features classic cedar shingles, white trim and wide open doors to bring the outside in. Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 9.57.04 AMThis light-filled built-in would be perfect for curling up with a good book.Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 9.56.13 AM Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 9.56.43 AM

There’s a great simplicity about this kitchen. I love all the white with gorgeous contrasting wood touches in the counter, directors chairs and a pop of art behind the cooktop.Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 9.56.55 AMThis chandelier is amazing and perfect for this dining room. Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 10.03.29 AM Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 9.57.44 AM Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 9.59.04 AMHow beautiful is this navy grass-cloth accent wall? Screen Shot 2016-07-09 at 10.05.34 AMCheck out the brass fixtures and boardwalk planks in the indoor/outdoor bathroom.
